NO CLEANING REQUIRED.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION:
Deliveries are charged according to area and the size of the load.

VAT excluded.

CONDITIONS:

The client is responsible to provide security from time of delivery until time of collection by PERSONAL TOUCH HIRING.

Amount payable on booking: 50% of quote plus refundable breakage fee.

A refundable breakages fee will be levied depending on order size payable with balance.
The full payment must be received 3 working days prior to delivery date to confirm order.
The deposit will be forfeited if the balance is not deposited 3 working days prior to delivery and the order will be cancelled.
Client to be charged a cancellation fee of 20% if order was confirmed and then cancelled.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ITEMS:
  • Client will be held responsible for any shortages, breakages and damages.
  • Damages will be charged at replacement cost stated on invoice.
  • No FOREIGN items will be accepted.
  • Goods are packed correctly without:
    Burn Holes
    Chips
    Breakages
    Or any other damages.
  • Candle wax on linen R10.00 per item, if ruined replacement cost will be charged.
Items must be returned on agreed date, if not a 10% of total invoice amount per day will be payable with a minimum fee of R100.00 per day.

If items hired are not returned within 5 days of hiring and no alternative arrangement been made and accepted by PERSONAL TOUCH a summons may be served.
